Headed down to the pool for a wee hour as the temperature had cooled a bit and it was bearable to sit out for once. Tonight I'm heading out with my fellow crusties and we are doing a casino tour and on the cheep. The thing with travellers is that they usually don't have a great deal of disposable income, so tonight is all about getting free/cheap stuff from the casinos. Not usually my bag but it was actually a good night...
So we started off on the Wynn hotel
and singed up for a gambling card, which is free and they credit the card with $10 to get you started... 
Ok, so I'm off to the slots...
If you don't already know, the casinos serve you free drinks when you gamble, even on the penny slots. So far, so good. Ordered a cheeky free glass of rosé, put my tenner credit into the machine and pressed some random buttons. I didn't win big but in the end I turned my free money into $60 dollars fairly quickly. I then decides to try another machine, ordered another free drink and won another $15. WTF!! We then head off to a place called Casino Royale
Not the plushest of places but in here you can order bottles of Michelob beer for $1 and a voddy and coke is only $2.. These crusties know all the moves and angles.. Ok, so i get back on the slots, put $5 into the machine, ordered another cheeky vino to complement my $1 beer and get pressing. Well I definitely have the luck of the Irish as I soon turned my fiver into $35 - unfortunately I was beginning to get a bit scooped and gambled the money. Regardless I'm still up, slightly pissed and haven't really spent any money. Headed back to Casa Del Crusty very happy and hung out for a bit with some of the residents. Met a few Turkish guys who live there and we spent the night drinking and talking about communism, female genital mutilation and Sharia law - light hearted convo ha ha! I pretended to nip off to the loo and run across the road to my big comfy hotel bed. Little do they know! :-)
